Set in the grounds of Blair Castle, the Trekking Centre uses Highland ponies for trekking around the castle grounds and onto the hills beyond. The centre welcomes all riding abilities, however children must be aged 12 and over. Treks of one hour and two hours are available mornings and afternoons, with longer treks available for experienced riders. The centre is a Trekking and Riding Society of Scotland Approved Centre.

Crieff Hydro Riding School offers lessons for all abilities in either an outdoor or indoor riding arena. Hacks are also available throughout Crieff Hydro’s 900 acre estate. The Riding School is approved by the British Horse Society as well as the Trekking and Riding Society of Scotland.
